For most internationally trained nurses, the complete process — SCFHS classification, Dataflow verification, Prometric examination, and MOH licensing — takes 14 to 20 weeks from initial application. The Dataflow stage, which takes 6 to 12 weeks, is the most time-sensitive component. StaffBank initiates Dataflow at the earliest possible stage to prevent delays.
We recruit for MOH government hospitals, semi-government organisations including National Guard Health Affairs and specialised research hospitals, and private hospital groups across the Kingdom. Each sector has different compensation structures and administrative processes. We brief candidates thoroughly on the specific organisation and sector before placement.
Vision 2030’s healthcare objectives — increasing private sector participation to 35 percent of total healthcare spending, building hundreds of new facilities, creating world-class specialist centres — have created sustained multi-year demand for internationally trained clinical professionals at unprecedented scale. New hospitals and specialist centres opening simultaneously means the demand is spread across the country and extends well beyond 2030. StaffBank’s proactive pipeline approach is particularly valuable in this environment.
Mumaris+ is the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties’ online professional registration and development portal. Every healthcare professional practising in Saudi Arabia must have an active Mumaris+ profile. StaffBank sets up and manages Mumaris+ registration for every candidate we place — candidates do not manage this themselves. We own it as part of our standard service.

in the right place, at the right time — with compliance from day one.
