Staffbank Outsourcing Solutions was founded by Nick Hays FREC FRCSA — a specialist in international healthcare recruitment and workforce outsourcing with more than 35 years of hands-on operational experience across Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, the United Kingdom, Canada and the GCC.
Nick founded Latitudes Group International, a healthcare recruitment business operating across three continents that held contracts with hospitals and government health departments across Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, the Middle East, the United Kingdom and Canada — before its acquisition by Medacs Healthcare PLC, one of the UK's largest healthcare staffing groups. His subsequent company, Carter Wellington Global Recruitment Group — an active NHS framework-approved supplier — now operates as a division of Staffbank.
Nick has advised the Australian Federal Government and the Singapore Government on healthcare workforce strategy, contributed to the development of the Australian Government's DoctorConnect programme, and served as founding chairman of what is now the Association of Medical Recruiters Australia and New Zealand (AMRANZ).
