AustraliaThe SCFHS process is managed through Mumaris Plus – the Saudi Commission’s unified digital licensing portal. The complete SCFHS classification process typically takes 6 to 10 months when managed independently. StaffBank manages the process end to end and consistently achieves timelines of 4.5 to 7 months for correctly prepared applications.
Nick Hays, StaffBank’s founder, has worked across the Gulf healthcare market for over two decades and has seen the SCFHS process from both the recruitment partner side and the government advisory side.
Nick served as healthcare workforce adviser to the Singapore Government and as Panel Member on the Australian Ministerial Taskforce for Internationally Trained Medical Practitioners – roles that required the same depth of understanding of international licensing pathways that the SCFHS process demands. StaffBank manages SCFHS Mumaris Plus applications as part of its specialist Saudi healthcare recruitment service and consistently achieves timelines at the faster end of the 4.5 to 7 month range for correctly prepared applications.
