About the Role
As a New Business Lead Generator, you will be at the front line of growth, identifying and engaging B2B decision-makers and building a strong pipeline for our sales team. You will work closely with sales and marketing to design and execute outbound strategies that convert interest into opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate qualified B2B leads through cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and networking activities
- Build, maintain, and manage a clean and accurate CRM/database of prospects and leads
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to design and refine high-impact lead generation strategies
- Conduct market research across the US, UK, EU, GCC and Australia to understand customer needs, competitors, and industry trends
- Track, analyse, and report on lead generation performance metrics to improve conversion and efficiency
- Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices in outbound sales and lead generation
- Manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively while meeting deadlines and targets
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred)
- 2–5 years of experience in outbound lead generation or business development
- Proven track record as a BDE / Lead Generator targeting US, UK, and Australian markets
- Strong understanding of B2B demographics, buyer personas, and business environments in these regions
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in English language
- Hands-on experience with lead generation tools, CRMs, and outreach platforms
- Highly goal-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
- Adaptable, organised, and detail-focused with strong time-management skills
