About the Role

As a Junior New Business Lead Generator, you will learn how outbound sales works in a real international business environment. You will support senior sales and business development professionals by researching companies, reaching out to prospects, and helping generate qualified sales opportunities.

No prior international sales experience is required — full training and ongoing support will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support outbound lead generation through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn/social outreach, and campaigns
  • Research target companies and decision-makers in the US, UK, and Australian markets
  • Build and maintain accurate records in the CRM system, ensuring clean and well-organised data
  • Qualify prospects and schedule introductory meetings for senior sales team members
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to understand messaging and outreach strategies
  • Learn how to track and report on basic outbound activity and performance metrics
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices through ongoing coaching
  • Manage daily tasks and outreach activity to meet agreed targets

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Fresh graduates or up to 1–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (English language)
  • Confidence speaking with new people over the phone and online
  • Willingness to learn outbound sales techniques and global B2B markets
  • Basic familiarity with CRM systems, LinkedIn, or sales tools (training provided)
  • Self-motivated, organised, and eager to build a professional career
  • Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
