Staffbank Outsourcing Solutions is hiring Junior Recruitment Delivery Consultants – Non-IT Permanent and Contract Placement to support recruitment delivery across global markets, including the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Singapore, and other international regions.

This is an entry-level role with structured training, hands-on mentoring, and a clear long-term career path into senior recruitment, delivery leadership, and client-facing roles.

About the Role

As a Junior Recruitment Delivery Consultant, you will support the recruitment of non-IT professionals across a wide range of business functions and international markets. You will work closely with experienced recruiters and account managers, learning how global recruitment delivery works across different countries and hiring standards.

You will gain exposure to international job markets, employer expectations, and candidate engagement practices from the very start of your career.

No prior international recruitment experience is required — full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support sourcing of candidates for non-IT permanent roles across global markets (US, UK, Canada, Australia, Singapore, etc.)
  • Recruit across roles such as Sales, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, HR, Operations, Supply Chain, Customer Support, Administration, and Business Services
  • Research target companies, industries, and candidate profiles in different regions
  • Use LinkedIn, job boards, online databases, and referrals to identify and engage candidates
  • Conduct initial screening calls to assess experience, skills, communication, and role suitability
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS/CRM system
  • Build and manage candidate pipelines under the guidance of senior recruiters
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and communication across time zones
  • Support recruitment reporting and delivery tracking
  • Learn about country-specific hiring practices, role expectations, and salary benchmarks
  • Manage daily recruitment activities while meeting agreed performance and activity targets

Requirements & Qualifications
Essential

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Commerce, Management, Marketing, Economics, or a related field (preferred)
  • Fresh graduates or up to 1 year of experience in recruitment, HR, sales, customer service, or corporate support roles
  • Good spoken and written English
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Willingness to learn global recruitment processes and professional hiring standards
  • Comfortable using computers, online platforms, and research tools
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and motivated to build a long-term career

  • Internship or academic exposure in HR, recruitment, business, or corporate environments
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, or professional networking platforms
