Staffbank Outsourcing Solutions is hiring a Junior Recruitment Delivery Consultant – US IT Permanent and Contract Placement to join our Noida delivery team. This is an entry-level role with structured training, mentoring, and clear career progression into senior recruitment and client-facing positions.

About the Role

As a Junior Recruitment Delivery Consultant, you will support the recruitment of IT professionals for permanent roles in the United States. You will work alongside experienced recruiters and account managers, learning the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening to candidate coordination and delivery reporting.

No prior US recruitment experience is required. Full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support sourcing of IT candidates for US-based permanent roles
  • Learn to use sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and online databases
  • Screen candidates through initial calls to assess skills, experience, and role fit
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS/CRM system
  • Build candidate pipelines under the guidance of senior recruiters
  • Coordinate interviews and communication between candidates and internal teams
  • Support reporting and tracking of recruitment activity and progress
  • Learn about US IT roles, skills demand, and recruitment best practices
  • Manage daily tasks and priorities while meeting agreed activity targets

Requirements & Qualifications
Essential

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, IT, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • Fresh graduates or up to 1 year of experience in recruitment, HR, sales, or customer-facing roles
  • Good spoken and written English
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to learn recruitment processes, IT roles, and international markets
  • Basic computer skills and comfort using online tools and platforms
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and eagerness to grow

Desirable

  • Internship or project experience in recruitment, HR, sales, or staffing
  • Basic understanding of IT roles or technology concepts
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn or online job platforms
