Staffbank Outsourcing Solutions is seeking a Recruitment Delivery Consultant – Healthcare to deliver permanent and contract healthcare recruitment across UK, US, Canada, Australia, and other global regions.
About the Role
You will manage end-to-end recruitment delivery for healthcare roles, working closely with account managers and international clients. This is a hands-on delivery role requiring healthcare market knowledge and strong candidate management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver permanent and contract healthcare recruitment across global markets
- Recruit healthcare professionals including doctors, nurses, allied health, and clinical staff
- Source candidates using LinkedIn, healthcare job boards, databases, and referrals
- Conduct detailed candidate screening and interviews
- Manage candidate pipelines and multiple live requisitions
- Coordinate with account managers and client stakeholders
- Maintain accurate ATS/CRM records and delivery reporting
- Stay informed on healthcare market trends, licensing pathways, and compliance requirements
Requirements
- 2–5+ years’ experience in healthcare recruitment (agency or RPO)
- Proven delivery experience across permanent and/or contract roles
- Exposure to international healthcare recruitment (UK, US, Canada, Australia, GCC preferred)
- Strong English communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles independently
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Willingness to work flexible hours aligned to global time zones
