Staffbank Outsourcing Solutions is seeking a Recruitment Delivery Consultant – Non-IT Permanent & Contract Placement to support delivery across global markets, including the US, UK, Canada, Australia, Singapore, and other international regions.

This role is suited to recruiters with proven delivery capability who can work independently, manage multiple requisitions, and deliver quality candidates in fast-paced environments.

About the Role

As a Recruitment Delivery Consultant, you will manage end-to-end recruitment delivery for non-IT permanent and contract roles across multiple countries. You will work closely with account managers and client stakeholders, supporting recruitment across different industries, employment models, and time zones.

This is a hands-on delivery role requiring strong sourcing skills, candidate management expertise, and an understanding of international hiring standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver non-IT permanent and contract recruitment across global markets (US, UK, Canada, Australia, Singapore, etc.)
  • Recruit across functions such as Sales, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, HR, Operations, Supply Chain, Customer Support, Administration, and Business Services
  • Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, databases, referrals, and direct outreach
  • Conduct detailed candidate screening and qualification interviews
  • Manage and maintain active candidate pipelines for ongoing and repeat client requirements
  • Coordinate closely with account managers and client partners to understand role priorities and delivery expectations
  • Manage candidate communication, interview coordination, and feedback across time zones
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the ATS/CRM system
  • Track recruitment activity and provide delivery updates and reporting
  • Stay informed on country-specific hiring practices, salary benchmarks, and market trends
  • Work independently to manage multiple live requisitions while meeting delivery targets

Requirements & Experience
Essential

  • 2–5+ years of experience in agency or RPO recruitment delivery
  • Proven experience recruiting non-IT roles on a permanent and/or contract basis
  • Exposure to international markets (US, UK, Canada, Australia, Singapore, or similar)
  • Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and online job boards
  • Excellent spoken and written English, with confidence communicating internationally
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
  • Comfortable working independently in a delivery-focused environment
  • Strong organisational, time-management, and attention-to-detail skills
  • Willingness to work flexible hours to align with global client time zones

Desirable

  • Experience supporting international RPO or offshore recruitment delivery models
  • Knowledge of contract recruitment processes, including compliance and onboarding support
  • Familiarity with ATS/CRM systems such as Bullhorn, Zoho Recruit, or similar platforms
  • Experience recruiting across multiple industries or business functions
