Staffbank Outsourcing Solutions is seeking a Recruitment Delivery Consultant – US IT Permanentand Contract Placement to join our growing Noida-based delivery team. This role is ideal for a recruiter with proven success in RPO or offshore recruitment environments, delivering high-quality IT talent to US-based clients.

While this role focuses on the US market, Staffbank also supports clients across the UK, EU, and APAC, offering long-term international exposure.

About the Role

As a Recruitment Delivery Consultant, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment delivery lifecycle for US IT permanent roles. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, qualifying, and presenting candidates while working closely with US-based account managers and client stakeholders across time zones.

This is a hands-on delivery role requiring independence, strong sourcing expertise, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and deliver high-quality IT professionals for permanent roles with US-based clients
  • Conduct detailed candidate screening, interviews, and technical qualification
  • Use sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and other platforms effectively
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for recurring and high-volume requirements
  • Work independently to manage multiple requisitions and consistently meet delivery targets
  • Collaborate with US account managers and client partners to understand role priorities and expectations
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity within the ATS/CRM
  • Track progress, provide delivery updates, and maintain clear recruitment reporting
  • Stay informed on US IT market trends, in-demand skills, and salary benchmarks

Person Specification

Essential

  • 3–6 years’ experience in agency or RPO recruitment focused on US IT permanent placements
  • Proven success recruiting across IT roles such as software engineers, developers, cloud, data, infrastructure, and DevOps
  • Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and US-focused job boards
  • Excellent spoken and written English, with confidence communicating internationally
  • Comfortable working independently and managing multiple open roles
  • Willingness to work flexible hours aligned to US time zones
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Desirable

  • Experience supporting US-based RPO or staffing firms
  • Understanding of US visa types, work authorisation, and compliance considerations
  • Familiarity with ATS and CRM systems such as Bullhorn, Zoho Recruit, or similar platforms
