Staffbank Outsourcing Solutions is looking for a Senior New Business Lead Generator (Outbound Sales) to take ownership of outbound activity and play a pivotal role in accelerating our international growth across the US, UK, and Australian markets.

About the Role
As a Senior New Business Lead Generator, you will lead from the front — driving outbound campaigns, refining targeting strategies, and ensuring a strong, consistent flow of qualified opportunities for the sales team. You will also support and guide junior team members, helping elevate overall outbound performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute end-to-end outbound lead generation across cold calling, email, LinkedIn/social outreach, and targeted campaigns
- Generate high-quality B2B leads and book qualified meetings for senior sales stakeholders
- Build, maintain, and optimise a high-quality CRM and prospect database, ensuring accuracy and segmentation
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to design, test, and optimise outbound messaging and campaigns
- Conduct in-depth market research for the US, UK, and Australia, identifying new sectors, ICPs, and growth opportunities
- Analyse outbound performance metrics, produce insights, and recommend improvements to increase conversion rates
- Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and best practices in outbound sales and lead generation
- Support, coach, and share best practices with junior lead generators where required
- Manage multiple priorities while consistently meeting or exceeding targets
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred)
- 2+ years’ experience in a senior lead generation or senior BDE role, with total outbound experience typically 3–6+ years
- Proven success generating B2B leads for US, UK, and Australian markets
- Strong understanding of B2B buyer personas, decision-making structures, and regional business cultures
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in English language
- Advanced experience using CRM systems, lead generation platforms, and sales intelligence tools
- Highly target-driven, commercially aware, and comfortable working autonomously
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and data quality
