Staffbank Outsourcing Solutions is seeking a Senior Recruitment Delivery Consultant – US IT Permanent and Contract Placement to strengthen our Noida-based delivery team. This role is designed for recruiters who bring senior-level ownership, market insight, and delivery excellence within US IT recruitment, ideally from an RPO or offshore recruitment background.

While the primary focus is the US market, Staffbank also supports clients across the UK, EU, and APAC, providing long-term international exposure and career growth.

About the Role

As a Senior Recruitment Delivery Consultant, you will take full ownership of recruitment delivery for key US accounts. You will manage complex and senior-level IT requisitions, drive delivery strategy, and act as a trusted partner to internal account managers and US-based clients.

In addition to hands-on delivery, you will provide guidance and quality oversight to junior recruiters, helping maintain consistently high delivery standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment delivery for US IT permanent placements, including complex and niche roles
  • Source, screen, interview, and present high-quality IT professionals to US clients
  • Use advanced sourcing techniques across LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and other platforms
  • Build and manage robust, long-term candidate pipelines for strategic and recurring requirements
  • ct as a delivery escalation point, ensuring quality, speed, and candidate experience
  • Partner closely with US account managers and client stakeholders to understand hiring priorities and delivery expectations
  • Ensure accurate and timely updates within the ATS/CRM, maintaining strong reporting discipline
  • Track market intelligence including US IT salary benchmarks, skills demand, and hiring trends
  • Support, mentor, and quality-check the work of junior delivery consultants where required
  • Work independently while managing multiple high-priority requisitions and deadlines

Person Specification

Essential

  • 5–8+ years’ experience in agency or RPO recruitment with a strong focus on US IT permanent placement
  • Demonstrated success delivering across a broad range of IT roles (software engineering, cloud, data, DevOps, infrastructure, cybersecurity, etc.)
  • Advanced experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and US-focused job boards
  • Excellent English communication skills, with confidence engaging senior candidates and US stakeholders
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume and complex requisitions independently
  • Strong understanding of US hiring practices, salary structures, and candidate expectations
  • Ability to work flexible hours aligned with US client time zones
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and delivery-driven

Desirable

  • Experience working with US-based RPO or enterprise staffing clients
  • Knowledge of US visa categories, work authorisation, and compliance considerations
  • Experience using ATS/CRM platforms such as Bullhorn, Zoho Recruit, or similar systems
  • Prior exposure to mentoring or leading recruitment delivery teams
